Situated 10 minutes from Shaftesbury, I'm lucky enough to have access to what feels like Wiltshires hidden secret.. Tokes Farm.. There's no better place to find a relaxed, calm state of mind than being surrounded by nature, and even joined by some of the local farm residents if we're lucky.. Serenity Circle has been designed to help enable you to leave feeling full of Self love, to let any troubles drift from the mind and truly embrace the time that's dedicated to you. We will be: - Enjoying a yoga practice suitable for all abilities, to open the heart, restore the body and nurture the mind - Taking part in some Crafts involving making Smudge Sticks and delving into your inner Picasso with some Nature Painting - allowing you time to have space outdoors, take in your surroundings - and finishing with a short meditation and journaling Drinks & Refreshments are included, along with all materials, allow me to look after you for the morning..
