Instead of investing time and money on others why not turn that focus to you? This Women's Circle Event is the perfect opportunity to take some time out to nourish the mind & the soul.. Sometimes as women we struggle with Self worth, we very rarely do anything for us, and often, we just don't have time to just have a couple hours away from our busy schedules and allow ourselves to be selfish, We all deserve a crown to help hold our head high, and that's why I wanted to run this special event. We will be spending the morning getting creative by making flower crowns & clay imprints, being creative can really help lower our anxiety, increase positive emotions and there's something about sitting, talking and making that's really relaxing. Following this, I'll be teaching a soft, gentle yoga practice, enabling you to just connect with the breathe, sink into the mat and nurture the mind & body. And there will be Cake, herbal tea, coffee and everyone will receive a little pamper pack to take home. There is an Early Bird discount until 13th May for you to enjoy as my treat to you..
