An initial 5 Week Programme focusing on building the foundations of fitness including Pelvic Floor & Core techniques, Workouts focusing on stability, deep toning and the foundations of strengthening your body. You'll be part of a private Facebook group where we will share Nutrition ideas, set weekly challenges and help support each other. We will share the facebook link once you have booked so you will then see the schedule including 3 online workouts, Hypropressives and an hour yoga class :) This course is totally online and you are able to catch up on any sessions that you've possibly had to miss, perfect if you have a busy lifestyle but want to look after your mind & body.
