Service Description

As mums its hard to fit in exercise sometimes, inbetween feeding, rocking baby to sleep and juggling everything there's sometimes not much time left for you to do something for your well-being. Being a mum that loves fitness myself, I wanted to bring the chance for mums to bring their babies and get in a workout (totally adaptable for any level of fitness) Working on things like Pelvic Floor, helping to improve tummy separation, the things that often as mums are forgotten but super important - but most importantly - allowing you to have some fun whilst doing it! You can either use baby as your weight, or they can enjoy having their own fun with different toys and sensory! Easing into fitness doesn't have to be scary, I'm super laid back, Mums are super welcoming, and this is about it being achievable for you. We steadily increase the hardness of each class each week, we use a combination of Pilates and Bodyweight work and you can just do what feels right for you!

Cancellation Policy

No refunds, it is the choice of the class teacher whether they provide you a transfer to a different class or event or credit to use within 3 months.
