Mothers Day Circle in Shaftesbury

As mums we're all queens, and what better way to celebrate straightening each others crowns than with a Mothers Circle event. A Mothers Circle is a special space where friendships are made and is a safe, sharing space where you aren't judged but simply listened to. Connect, Share, Breathe, Move & Rest - all things that as a mum we need to do for our wellbeing, it's an overwhelming journey no matter if you have a newborn or older child, being a mum is no easy task. So, I wanted to create this special space for local mums Somewhere warm, inviting, nurturing, somewhere that you can totally switch off and just focus on you. We will be: - Enjoying a nurturing Yoga practice involving a dreamy meditation to help clear the mind and set positive intentions - Getting crafty with nature with some Clay Prints - Making our all important flower crowns - Warming our souls with Tea & Cake Each mum will also receive a little pamper pack involving some Neals Yard products. So I invite you to join me, you just need to bring yourself and I'll look after the rest
