A coaching session with me is a great opportunity to help you reach your goals and get the most out of life. We will focus on developing a positive mindset, building self-confidence, and body confidence while also helping you to overcome any limiting beliefs and create a strong belief in yourself. During our time together, you will have the space to talk and be listened to, creating a safe and comfortable environment for you to express yourself.

No refunds, it is the choice of the class teacher whether they provide you a transfer to a different class or event or credit to use within 3 months.
