I remember in the first 6-9 months of having Izzy how I had so many different emotions, but also as a parent in those early days, you feel vulnerable to. You're tired, emotional, confused, frustrated - the list is endless But what if you could turn up to a class and allow an hour just for you both to almost have a bit of pampering... Well, let Baby Massage & More be that space for you... I've designed a class dedicated to give you that hour of every week to be looked after, to pamper baby and sometimes Pamper you, picture blankets, cosy vibes and a space where if baby cries all class - that's not frowned upon... We learn the whole Baby Massage Routine and some additional techniques to help keep you calm, grounded and help get you through those early days, it's a safe circle for you to share, arrive late if you need to and just be at ease. It's so important we allow ourselves this time, and massage and yoga make for a relaxed Mum & Baby ...

No refunds, it is the choice of the class teacher whether they provide you a transfer to a different class or event or credit to use within 3 months.
