Service Description

Exploring Massage techniques for your baby. We will create a tool kit of movements and a routine which can assist with Colic, Wind, constipation and give you the knowledge to help your baby. Stay and have tea/coffee and some cake whilst taking some time to relax in the safety and supportive group together. Suitable from birth up until baby is precrawling. Things to bring with you :- Blanket or a mat ( or a towel or picnic blanket is fine) A cosy blanket for baby Any toys you wish. Oil/Cream to massage baby with
