Nature Retreat Day 
Saturday October 2nd 10-4.30

Free your mind, ground your body.

Starting the day with a grounding Yoga Practice within nature ( weather permitting)   

Followed by a healthy homemade snack and drink.

Spend some time, exploring the beautiful grounds as you take time out to nature bathe, be mindful, collect nature items. 

A beautiful  vegetarian/vegan lunch provided for you to enjoy and lap up the sunshine outside in the courtyard. 

Rejoin again after lunch for a relaxed creative activity and Yin style Yoga practice to ease you into relaxation.

Ending with an amazingly Zen soundbath, immerse yourself into sound healing and relaxation and a journey of wonder, leaving you feeling floaty and in the clouds ready to depart for the day.
