About the event
A wellness morning set around a Nurture Circle, facilitated by Sophie. You will be welcomed with open arms, a warm cuppa and cake.
The morning event will include meeting other women and have the time to share experiences in your journey of being a women and going through peri menopause and menopause. You will get to learn some gentle body movements, and some mindful crafts. As well as having time for you, there will be a guest speaker to talk and listen to.....
