A beautiful way to gently exercise the body, relax the mind and make a real connection with your unborn baby.
We use gentle breathing techniques, soothing meditations and flowing movements to assist you with pregnancy throughout all stages.
Suitable from 12 weeks all the way up untill birth.
Currently ONLINE due to COVID however there is time at the end of the class to chat to others and get to know eachother.

BABY MASSAGE WELLNESS COURSE
Bond with your baby through touch
Baby massage is a beautiful way to help common ailments such as wind and colic, constipation and teething. Babies all react different to massage, however it can have a very calming effect. This 5 week course breaks massage down in stages, including a separate wind and colic routine using both baby massage and baby yoga to assist.
We will take you and baby through a programme of relaxation and wellness helping your journey into motherhood.
Oils can be provided at an additional cost or you may bring your own. Currently classes are outside in Victoria Park, however if the weather turns we can take the classes online.
MUM AND BABY WELLNESS
Share your precious practice together
Mum and baby group- suitable from birth to pre crawling this class involves Mum and baby Yoga, using gentle techniques to reactivate the pelvic floor and establish those deep core muscles. We use baby Yoga to help coordinate babys body helping ailments such as wind and colic while gentle stimulating through sensory movement and song.

Please note you also have access to adult yoga sessions with this membership so if one week you fancy some you time, why not book an adult Yoga class.

PELVIC FLOOR & CORE
Feel in control of your body
A 5 week course which will leave you feeling the most incontrol of your body you have for a while!!
Using the breathe techinque Hypopressives you will retrain your body to react differently to exercise allowing the pelvic floor to function correctly. Whether you have a prolapse or your feeling a little weak in the core or pelvic floor region, this course will leave you feeling strong and in control of your whole body.
We will also teach you free bonus pilate/yoga style movements which have been approved by midwives to help increase pelvic floor awareness and function.
This course will leave with the knowledge and power to take back control of your life and not be held back by weakened core or pelvic floor.
You will get an exclusive online 1-1 which in itself is worth £30 where we will go through a baseline assessment and technique, you can then join the live online class each week or catch up via a recording.
Then why not stay accountable to your practice by joining us once a week for a weekly practice, works out at £1.50 a class when you buy a membership.
