I own and run a small business from home in Salisbury and live with my husband, our four grown up girls and two cats.

I am a very outgoing person and enjoy spending time with family and close friends. When I have free time, I enjoy cooking and exploring new recipes as well as walking along the coast and taking in the sea air. 

Whilst being a trained Nursery Nurse and I have worked in all sectors including Hospitals, Nurseries (where I was a special educational needs coordinator), Pre-schools and private homes. I'm passionate about the development of children from 0-5 years and have always enjoyed observing children grow and develop in a safe environment. Most recently I have been focusing on Women who are going through the change of life as it is something very personal to me.

I offer Nurture Circles, these are specialised, unique classes designed for Mums with Babies 

The classes typically focuses on promoting a sense of relaxation and comfort,  emphasising on creating a nurturing and supportive environment. They are Warm, Cosy, and are a Save Space giving you opportunities to share your experiences with each other in a non-judgemental way. 

In my Nurture Circles, you can share your joys and challenges of being a mum discussing various ideas and techniques, and offer each other emotional support, and gain opportunities for you to learn new skills, such as mindfulness practices, self-care strategies, or communication techniques. have time away from our busy lives.
